Founded in 2011 with the intention of presenting safe farm goods to consumers, we began as a hydroponics vegetable farm on just over 5 Rai of land in Bangkok. Focusing on modernity, cleanliness and safety, URBAN FARMING adopted automated systems and minimized human labor. We utilized cutting edge technology to cultivate hygienic and safe vegetables that could be offered at a reasonable price to consumers. After 5 years, we found that the air quality in Bangkok was growing increasingly toxic and tainting our produce. In 2017, we set out in search of a place with fresh, clean air, that was far from traffic and had a mild climate year-round, ultimately moving our farm to the Khao Kho area of Petchabun, which stands 1,300 meters above sea-level.
